Case report A 24 year old woman developed swelling of right side of maxilla two years back, gradually increasing to 5 3 cm in size, extending from 12 to 18. It was firm, tender, irregular, fixed, with buccal cortex expansion from 12 to 18. 14 to 18 exhibited grade I mobility with deep caries in 16 (Fig. 1a).
