All lecturers in Delta State University constituted the population in the study. The sample comprised of 1500 lecturers, who were randomly selected through the multi-stage approach. A self-developed instrument called Quality Assurance and Sustainable Development during COVID-19 pandemic questionnaire (QASDFCPQ) was used for data collection. Simple regression statistics was used to analyze to test the hypotheses in the study. The findings revealed that there was no significant contribution between quality assurance and sustainable development during COVID-19 pandemic in Delta State University, Abraka. Also, there was a significant contribution between quality assurance and university education during COVID-19 pandemic in Delta State University, Abraka. It was recommended that government should ensure that the universities take the quality assurance system seriously as it will help in ensuring the future of university education in the country especially post pandemic era.
