DAN HUBUNGAN DENGAN DAKWAH AL- QURAN Nadia Karimah Universitas Islam Negeri Walisongo Semarang email: 23010260156@student.walisongo. ac.id Abstract Shaykh Abdul Qadir al-Jailani is one of the prominent Sufi figures with a significant influence in the Islamic world. Known as the Sultan of the Saints (Shulthan al-Auliya') and the leader of the Sufis (Imam al-Ashfiya'), he founded the Qadiriyya Order, one of the oldest and widely spread Sufi orders. He is also titled muhyi ad-din (reviver of the faith) for his ability to revive the pure spirit of Islam. Despite praise from scholars like Ibn Taymiyyah, Sufi teachings are often misunderstood and deemed inconsistent with Islamic teachings by some groups. Through this paper, the author explores Shaykh Abdul Qadir al-Jailani's teachings on creed and Sufism. Additionally, this paper discusses his miracles (karamah) that illustrate his uniqueness, as well as the concept of Sufism he taught, which combines repentance, purification of the heart, and spiritual purity in the journey towards Allah. Keywords: Sufism, Karamah, Spirituality, Creed, Syaikh Abdul Qodir Al Jailani Abstrak Syekh Abdul Qadir al-Jailani adalah salah satu tokoh sufi terkemuka yang memiliki pengaruh besar di dunia Islam. Dikenal sebagai Sultan para Wali (Shulthan al-Auliya') dan pemimpin para sufi (Imam al-Ashfiya'), ia mendirikan Tarekat Qadiriyah, salah satu tarekat sufi tertua yang tersebar luas. Ia juga dijuluki muhyi ad-din (penghidup agama) karena kemampuannya menghidupkan kembali semangat Islam yang murni. Meskipun mendapat pujian dari ulama seperti Ibnu Taimiyyah, ajaran tasawuf sering disalahpahami dan dianggap tidak sesuai dengan ajaran Islam oleh sebagian kalangan. Melalui makalah ini, penulis mengeksplorasi ajaran Syekh Abdul Qadir al-Jailani tentang akidah dan tasawuf. Selain itu, makalah ini membahas karomah beliau yang menggambarkan keistimewaannya serta konsep tasawuf yang ia ajarkan, yang menggabungkan taubat, penyucian hati, dan kesucian jiwa dalam perjalanan spiritual menuju Allah.
