Cuba. anabel@psico.uh.cu, avg930421@gmail.com Resumen El objetivo de la investigación es evaluar el programa de orientación profesional “Elige tu futuro”, el cual consiste en una intervención grupal para potenciar la elección profesional responsable de estudiantes de 12 grado. A través del diseño de la estrategia metodológica de evaluación del programa, se llevaron a cabo procesos de recogida y análisis de información durante y después de finalizada la experiencia. Como resultado principal se demuestra la influencia positiva del programa en la realización de una elección profesional responsable, en los estudiantes que mantuvieron una asistencia regular. Este resultado se obtiene a partir de las diferencias significativas de entrada y salida de los participantes y la construcción de indicadores de progreso. Además se considera que el modo más viable para implementar nuevamente este programa es que forme parte de un Gabinete de Orientación Profesional que preste este tipo de servicios a los estudiantes de los IPU de la capital. Abstract The objective of the research is to evaluate the professional choice program "Choose Your Future", which consists of a group intervention to promote the responsible professional choice of 12 grade students. Through the design of the methodological strategy of evaluation of the program, data collection and analysis processes were carried out during and after the end of the experience. As a main result, the positive influence of the program on the realization of a responsible professional choice is demonstrated in the students who maintained a regular attendance. This result is obtained from the significant differences of entry and exit of the participants and the construction of indicators of progress. We also believe that the most viable way to implement this program again is that it is part of a Professional Orientation Office that provides this type of services to students of the capital.
