29 ANÁLISE DA GERÊNCIA DE PROJETOS CRÍTICOS – UMA ABORDAGEM EM EMPRESA DE ENGENHARIA, CONSTRUÇÃO E MONTAGEM INDUSTRIAL NO RAMO OFFSHORE Francisca Araújo Viana Bacharel em Engenharia de Produção/ISECENSA/RJ franciscaraujo@ig.com.br Simone Vasconcelos Silva Doutoranda em Computação/UFF/RJ simonevsinfo@yahoo.com.br Resumo Atualmente a gerência de projetos vem se tornando uma atividade obrigatória para as organizações, mudanças acontecem a todo instante no meio empresarial, e isso tem levado um número cada maior de empresas a executarem projetos em seu dia-dia. Este trabalho tem como objetivo principal a identificação e análise dos fatores que causam atrasos nos projetos. Esta pesquisa justifica-se pela excessiva quantidade de projetos que são entregues fora do prazo pelas empresas prestadoras de serviços na área de projetos, tendo por finalidade identificar os fatores que causaram os atrasos, apontando possíveis maneiras de corrigir essas falhas e eliminar essas ocorrências. A metodologia foi elaborada a partir da verificação do volume de projetos críticos, seleção dos projetos críticos para análise, levantamento dos fatores causadores de atraso, análise dos problemas identificados e propostas de melhorias. Este artigo apresenta os resultados de um estudo realizado em uma empresa de engenharia, construção e montagem industrial. Foram selecionados alguns projetos considerados críticos, a fim de analisar os problemas relatados e identificar as competências essenciais para melhoria desse quadro. O trabalho apresenta também uma análise dos resultados, apontando ações de melhoria para os projetos desenvolvidos pela empresa, onde concluiu-se que há uma necessidade de um gerenciamento eficiente e eficaz para evitar a ocorrência dos problemas nos demais projetos. Palavras Chave: gerência de projetos, atraso, crítico Abctract Currently the management of projects comes if becoming an obligator activity for the organizations, changes happen the all instant in the enterprise way, and this has taken a number each greater of companies to execute projects in its day-day. This work has as objective main the identification and analysis of the factors that cause delays in the projects. This research is justified for the extreme amount of projects that are deliver outside of the stated period for the rendering companies of services in the area of projects, having for purpose to identify the factors that had caused the delays, pointing possible ways to correct these imperfections and to eliminate these occurrences. The methodology was elaborated from the verification of the volume of critical projects, election of the critical projects for analysis, survey of the .causing factors of delay, analysis of the identified problems and proposals of improvements. This article presents the results of a study carried through in an engineering company, construction and industrial assembly. Some projects had been selected considered critical, in order to analyze the told problems and to identify the essential abilities for improvement of this picture. The work also presents an analysis of the results, pointing action of improvement with respect to the projects developed for the company, where it concluded that it has a necessity of an efficient and efficient management to prevent the occurrence of the problems in the too much projects.
