The distribution of drugs in any pharmacy service should follow guidelines for the distribution of drugs that kind to the quality of the drug can be maintained until a medicine in consumption by pasien.Kawi Jaya’s Pharmacy often experienced problems on number of drugs that are inappropriate and accuracy of the quantity of medicine of the quantity of medicine on card stock. This study aims to determine the distribution stage which includes drug compatibilty with stock cards,warehouse arrangement system, percentage of expired/damaged drugs, percentage of dead stock and the level of drug availability. Descriptive research design with retrospective data collection sheets and processed quantitatively with interviews with related parties. The data were then measured for efficiency using Depkes RI (2002) and indicator Pudjaningsih (1996). The showed that the compatibility of the drug with the stock card was not efficent with a match percentage of 72,6% below the comparative value of 100%, the warehouse arrangement system was in accordance with FIFO/FEFO 100%, the percentage of expired/damaged drugs is not appropriate namely 0,3%, the percentage of dead stock has not matched that is 4,13% above the comparative value of 0%, the level of drug availability is in accordance with minimum safety stock which is > 10 days. .
