Cyber Notary has drawn pros and cons from both practitioners and researchers. It becomes a dynamic in the application of Cyber Notary in Indonesia. This paper aims to analyze the implementation of Cyber Notary in Indonesia according to progressive law. This research uses a normative juridical method with an analytical descriptive approach, namely describing the legal provisions of Cyber Notary in Law Number 2 of 2014 concerning Notary Position and Law Number 1 of 2024 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions which are analyzed using the concept of progressive law. The results of this study show that: First, the authority of Cyber Notary in Law Number 2 Year 2014 is linked to the legal provisions of electronic documents in Law Number 1 Year 2024 so that deeds made through Cyber Notary can be used as evidence. Second, the application of Cyber Notary by Notary is a form of progressiveness of Notary as a public official that is in accordance with the process of societal change, in favor of the interests of the community in the form of ease of making authentic deeds, and the application is responsive to the development of society. Keywords: Cyber Notary, Progressive law ABSTRAK Cyber Notary merupakan konsep pelaksanaan tugas Notaris secara elektronik. Cyber Notary menuai pro dan kontra dari para pihak baik praktisi, maupun peneliti. Hal itu menjadi dinamika di dalam penerapan Cyber Notary di Indonesia. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis persoalan penerapan Cyber Notary di Indonesia menurut hukum progresif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode yuridis
