Information Technology Audit System Based on Cobit to Assess Web- Based Level of Maturity: Sistem Audit Teknologi Informasi Berdasarkan Cobit Untuk Menilai Level Of Maturity Berbasis Web. Technomedia Journal, 8(3 Februari), 356–379. https://doi.org/10.33050/tmj.v8i3.2126 ABSTRACT Information and communication technology (ICT), cannot be denied, plays an important role in every company's transformation agenda. This is no exception for Semen Indonesia Group (SIG) which requires operational support for digitizing business processes and supporting operational activities of the company's information system. Currently, information technology or information systems at PT. GIS is managed by the Department of ICT. Department of ICT or ICT service department unit, is a company department responsible for managing information technology or information systems at PT. GIS, if it does not have the right level of handling, such information technology certainly has risks that cannot be avoided, to overcome this, governance is needed regarding the use of information technology or information systems. Some of the problems that exist include difficulties or obstacles experienced by auditors in conducting technology or information system audits in the ICT services department because they still use conventional methods in the electronic data processing environment. This research aims to design and build an information technology audit system in accordance with the COBIT 5.1 standard that can support the work of auditors in information technology audit activities. The design and development of a web-based information technology audit system produces a web-based Information Technology Audit application starting from creating a system flowchart and then creating a data flow diagram (DFD) and entity relationship diagram (ERD). The selection system that is built involves the auditor as an external entity. The design of a web-based information technology audit system produces a web-based Information Technology Audit application using the Maturity Level tools contained in the COBIT 5.1 Framework. The design of this application is in the form of a Radio Button with reference to the results of Information Technology Process mapping based on COBIT 5.1. This application helps auditors in evaluating audit result information and assists auditors in analyzing audit results. The method used in developing an information technology audit system is waterfall.
