Guru memiliki peran penting dalam membantu anak disleksia meningkatkan keterampilan membaca melalui metode seperti multisensori, bercerita, dan membaca nyaring. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan literature review dengan mencari data yang terkait dengan topik penelitian dan bersumber dari berbagai artikel ilmiah sepuluh tahun terakhir. Data diperoleh dari google schoolar dan terdapat 2.470 artikel, setelah dilakukan identifikasi diperoleh 7 artikel yang sesuai tema penelitian. Analisis data dengan disintesiskan secara naratif dengan mengelompokkan data berdasarkan metode yang digunakan guru untuk meningkatkan keterampilan membaca anak disleksia. Berdasarkan hasil analisis literatur review didapat bahwa metode belajar yang efektif digunakan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan membaca melalui metode multisensori, make a match, dan fonik. Metode-multisensori memanfaatkan seluruh indra siswa, sementara make a match melibatkan siswa dalam mencocokkan kartu pertanyaan dan jawaban. Metode fonik menekankan hubungan antara huruf dan bunyi dengan strategi yang sabar dan konsisten. Kata Kunci: peran guru; keterampilan membaca; disleksia Abstract Dyslexia is a learning disability that affects reading and writing skills due to a neurological disorder. Teachers have an important role in helping dyslexic children improve reading skills through methods such as multisensory, storytelling and read aloud. This research uses a literature review approach by searching for data related to the research topic and sourced from various scientific articles of the last ten years. Data was obtained from Google Schoolar and there were 2,470 articles, after identification, 7 articles were obtained that fit the research theme. Data analysis by synthesizing narratively by grouping data based on the methods used by teachers to improve reading skills of dyslexic children. Based on the results of the literature review analysis, it is found that effective learning methods are used to improve reading skills through multisensory methods, make a match, and phonics. The multisensory method utilizes all students' senses, while make a match involves students in matching question and answer cards. The phonics method emphasizes the relationship between letters and sounds with patient and consistent strategies. Keywords: role of teacher; reading skills; dyslexia.
