Dimana pemberian stimulasi oleh ibu akan dipengaruhi oleh faktor pengetahuan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode rancangan deskriptif kuantitatif yang mana untuk mengetahui keberadaan dari variabel mandiri, Bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan ibu tentang stimulasi tumbuh kembang anak usia 0-4 tahun . Hasil penelitian diperoleh pengetahuan ibu tentang konsep dasar stimulasi dengan kategori tinggi 38 orang 46,0%, stimulasi motorik kasar dengan kategori sedang 32 orang 39,0%, stimulasi motorik halus dengan kategori rendah 33 orang 40,0%, stimulasi perkembangan bahasa dan bicara dengan kategori sedang 30 orang 36,0%, stimulasi perkembangan sosial dan mandiri dengan kategori sedang 35 orang 42,0%. kesimpulan didapatkan bahwa tingkat pengetahuan ibu dalam kategori sedang tentang stimulasi tumbuh kembang anak. Kata kunci : Pengetahuan, Ibu, Stimulasi, Tumbuh Kembang. Abstract Age 0-4 years is a vulnerable stage for a child because at this stage the child's brain will process development as it should optimally. In order for the child's development and growth potential to run optimally, it is necessary to stimulate development in children. Where the provision of stimulation by the mother will be influenced by the knowledge factor. This study uses a quantitative descriptive design method in which to determine the existence of independent variables. Aims to describe the level of knowledge of mothers about the stimulation of growth and development of children aged 0-4 years. The results of the study obtained mother's knowledge about the basic concepts of stimulation with a high category of 38 people 46.0%, gross motor stimulation with a moderate category of 32 people 39.0%, stimulation of fine motor with a low category of 33 people 40.0%, stimulation of language and speech development with moderate category 30 people 36.0%, stimulation of social and independent development with medium category 35 people 42.0%.
