A partir da etnografia de documentos, conjugada com etnografias sobre o sistema de justiça criminal, foram resgatados arquivos que tratam do direito à prisão domiciliar para mulheres-mães-presas com filhos de zero a doze anos a fim de analisá-los em conexão, entendendo que são documentos produzidos pelo Estado, a partir de processos decisórios regulados e ritualizados pelo próprio Estado. Dessa forma, foi possível perceber que não só a formulação desses documentos, como também sua aplicabilidade, não é absoluta e universal, mas também carregada de moralidades e sujeita às interpretações singulares a depender da situação. Moralidades Abstract: The aim of this work is to understand how normative documents can be worked and analyzed by raising tangles of discourses, categories, classifications, meanings, symbolisms and representations about the universes they intend to regulate. From the ethnography of documents, combined with ethnographies on the criminal justice system, files dealing with the right to house arrest for women-mothers-prisoners with children from zero to twelve years of age were rescued in order to analyze them in connection, understanding which are documents produced by the State, from decision-making processes regulated and ritualized by the State itself. In this way, it was possible to perceive that not only the formulation of these documents, but also their applicability, is not absolute and universal, but also loaded with moralities and subject to singular interpretations depending on the situation. ______________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Revista de Políticas Públicas e Gestão Educacional (POLIGES) - UESB-Itapetinga.
