The technology-enabled supply chain has aided RMG suppliers to meet increasing demands and overcome inefficiencies and transparency issues with the use of the latest advanced technologies like IoT, AI, blockchain, etc. Objective: The objective of this literature review is to summarize and analyze existing research on technology- enabled supply chain management in the RMG industry, identifying key technologies, assessing their impacts, and highlighting challenges and opportunities for future research. Method: This study adopts a systematic literature review by analyzing relevant academic articles to synthesize key findings on technology-enabled supply chain management in the RMG industry. Results and Discussion: The findings indicate that while technology adoption in RMG supply chains improves efficiency and transparency, challenges such as high costs and digital literacy persist, prompting the need for further research on scalable solutions and industry-wide implementation strategies. Research Implications: The research concludes that adopting advanced technologies in SCM can provide a competitive advantage in the RMG sector, though it requires strategic investments, employee training, and supplier collaboration. Originality/Value: The originality of this study lies in its comprehensive review of how emerging technologies, including IoT, AI, and blockchain, are reshaping the ready-made garments supply chain, offering new insights and identifying gaps in current knowledge.
