Employing Partial Least Squares (PLS) regression and a sample of 150 employees, the study examines the effects of Autocratic, Democratic, and Transformational leadership styles on employee performance. The findings revealed that Democratic Leadership (DL) and Transformational Leadership (TL) significantly enhanced employee performance, whereas Autocratic Leadership (AL) did not exhibit a significant impact. These results highlighted the importance of participative decision-making and visionary leadership in boosting employee motivation and productivity. The study contributes to understanding effective leadership practices in the telecommunications industry in Somalia and suggests that organizations should emphasize democratic and transformational leadership to improve performance. Future research should focus on the long-term effects of leadership styles and consider additional contextual factors to provide a more comprehensive understanding of their impact on employee performance. ©CIKD Publishing Received 31 July 2024 Received in revised form 20 August 2024 Accepted 23 August 2024 *Correspondence: Axgurey@simad.edu.so Nowadays, organizations are working in highly competitive Markets.
