Furthermore, this study investigates how academic achievement correlates with emotional intelligence (EI), focusing on research that suggests a positive association between elevated EI levels to academic achievement. It also explores how EI might assist students in managing socio-emotional issues such as stress, bullying, and mental health challenges. Hence, it encourages the incorporation of EI development programmes within educational contexts.
