It has different meanings to different people depending on who you ask. The significance of GHRM is not yet completely understood. It means increasing efforts to enhance energy capacity or decrease the polluon created by our homes, businesses, general living preferences in general. The most standard reason for being environmentally generous is a desire to migate the potenally damaging impact that polluon and energy use may have on the surrounding environment. The developments in GHRM and their effects on educaonal instuons are the primary topics of discussion in this study. This research will be given further scope to make environmental friendliness consistent with current regulaons. Educaonal work place greenery promotes compassion among learner and teacher which helps to produce beer human resources irrespecve of their technical competence. The human capital produced from green place will establish to feel surved rather than made serve if they join service industry whereas in manufacture they will exactly understand the customer requirements and incorporate through quality funcon deployement. The strategy serve humankind internaonally has been suggested through green human resources for creang happy human and prosperous world.
