Jurusan Teknik Pertambangan, Fakultas Teknik, Universitas Tanjungpura *E-mail : fitriana@untan.ac.id Abstract PT Bukit Labu Mining produces andesite rock with three tools namely jaw crusher 1, jaw crusher 2, and cone crusher which is a source of the noise. The research aimed to examine the impact of noise and to examine the control measures taken to reduce the impact of noise on workers by looking at the relationship between hearing loss and the age and length of service of the respondents. The sampling technique used a purposive sampling method with quantitative analysis of Rank Spearman correlation. Noise data is processed using the SPSS application with Spearman Rank calculations. The results showed that the impact of noise on workers was hearing loss (57%), psychological disorders (50%), and communication disorders (53%). The results of the SPSS analysis of the correlation test between years of service and hearing loss obtained a coefficient correlation of 0.561 with a significance value (α) of 0.037, where the value of α < 5% means that there is a relationship between years of service and hearing impairment. As for the manual calculation results of Rank Spearman, the value is 0.581. Recommendations for control efforts that can be carried out are based on administration (carrying out machine maintenance, K3 training, safety talk, adding safety signs, and ear protection devices. Abstrak PT Bukit Labu Mining memproduksi batuan andesit dengan tiga alat yaitu jaw crusher 1, jaw crusher 2 dan cone crusher yang menjadi sumber kebisingan.. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengkaji dampak kebisingan dan mengkaji upaya pengendalian yang dilakukan untuk mengurangi dampak kebisingan terhadap pekerja dengan melihat hubungan gangguan pendengaran terhadap umur dan masa kerja responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan analisis kuantitatif korelasi Rank Spearman. Data kebisingan diolah menggunakan aplikasi SPSS dengan perhitungan Rank Spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dampak kebisingan terhadap pekerja adalah gangguan pendengaran (57%), gangguan psikologis (50%) dan gangguan komunikasi sebesar (53%). Hasil analisis statistik terhadap uji korelasi antara masa kerja dengan gangguan pendengaran didapatkan nilai coefficient correlation 0.561 dengan nilai signifikansi (α) sebesar 0.037, dimana nilai α < 5% artinya terdapat hubungan antara masa kerja terhadap gangguan pendengan. Sedangkan untuk hasil perhitungan manual Rank Spearman didapat nilai sebesar 0.581. Rekomendasi upaya pengendalian yang dapat dilakukan adalah berdasarkan administrasi (melakukan maintenance mesin, pelatihan K3, safety talk, penambahan safety sign, dan alat pelindung telinga (APT) Kata Kunci: Crushing Plant, Gangguan Pendengaran, Kebisingan.
