Abstract The present study attempts to synthesise available literature on sustainable fashion, offering valuable insights into prominent sources, affiliations, nations, publication trends, themes, and trend keywords. Scientific literature from the Scopus database including the keyword sustainable fashion was taken for the analysis. A total of 578 documents were exported after the inclusion-exclusion criteria for final analysis. The biblioshiny tool of the R-package was employed for analysis. The findings suggest “SUSTAINABILITY (SWITZERLAND)” is a prominent journal. The scholarly work has been rising since 2007 with the contribution of 1573 authors. The USA leads in the field with the highest number of citations. The most trend keywords and themes have also been identified. Implications are profound and would be beneficial for academicians, policymakers and industry. Keywords: Sustainable fashion, bibliometric analysis, eco- friendly.
