In every field of our lives technology is seen in different ways in education. With the use of technological tools in education, it has become possible to address students' different intelligence areas and learning styles by carrying education out of the schools and following lessons outside the school. In this study the use of technology examined in the lesseons of social studies teachers. As in every lesson, the extent and degree of the impact of technology was determined in the Social Studies course. The study was carried out with 30 Social Studies teachers determined with the purposeful sampling technique from schools across Ankara, Istanbul and Afyonkarahisar. This study is a case study from qualitative research designs. It was seen that the use of technology in the Social Studies Course increased the academic achievement of the students, provided the permanence in learning, and activated the student. Key Words: Teaching programs, social studies course, technology use 2005 ve 2017 Sosyal Bilgiler Öğretim Programlarına Göre Sosyal Bilgiler Dersinde Teknoloji Kullanımının Öğretmenlerin Gözünden Değerlendirilmesi Öz Teknolojinin çok hızlı gelişmesi her alanda kendisini hissettirmektedir. Hayatımızın her alanına giren teknoloji eğitimde değişik şekillerde karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Teknolojik aletlerin eğitimde kullanılması ile öğrencilerin farklı zekâ alanlarına ve öğrenme stillerine hitap etmek, eğitimi okul dışına da taşımak ve dersleri okul dışında her ortamda takip etmek mümkün hale gelmiştir. Bu çalışmada Sosyal Bilgiler öğretmenlerinin derslerinde teknolojiyi kullanma durumları incelenmiştir. Çalışma Ankara, İstanbul ve Afyonkarahisar illeri genelinde bulunan okullardan amaçlı örneklem tekniği ile belirlenen 30 Sosyal Bilgiler öğretmeni ile yapılmıştır. Bu çalışma nitel araştırma desenlerinden durum çalışması niteliğindedir. Sosyal Bilgiler Dersinde teknoloji kullanımının öğrencilerin akademik başarılarını artırdığı, öğrenmede kalıcılığı sağladığı, öğrenciyi aktif hale getirdiği, görülmüştür.
