Existen múltiples concomitancias entre la poesía contemporánea mauriciana y malgache femenina. Su “yo” poético evoca una solidaridad a través de la sororidad, a fin de superar una doble colonización: la que sufren por ser mujeres y la que sufren en tanto que sujeto postcolonial en el cual una brecha separa los llamados Primer y Tercer Mundo. A lo largo de la obra poética de Ananda Devi y Esther Nirina, la sororidad se expresa en forma de hartazgo, fatiga, pero también de aprendizaje y proyección hacia un mañana mejor. En esta obra poética se puede apreciar el mestizaje entre elementos de identidad africana y también del otro lado del océano, debido a la influencia de India a través de su diáspora en los territorios insulares del Índico. Así, la naturaleza, la aprehensión del mundo a través de los sentidos, la educación familiar, la relevancia de lo onírico o la alegoría entre la colonización de los cuerpos y la colonización de los espacios (post)coloniales son de vital importancia para la comprensión de estos textos poéticos. EN Female writing across the Indian Ocean: identity, nature, motherhood and sorority in Ananda Devi and Esther Nirina EN Abstract. There exists a multiplicity of concomitances between contemporary poetry made by women in Maurice and Madagascar. The poetic ‘I’ in both of them evokes solidarity through a feeling of sorority, aiming at overcoming a situation of double colonization: the one they suffer for being women and the one because of being a postcolonial subject, triggered by the everlasting gap between the so called First and the Third World. Throughout the poetic work by Ananda Devi and Esther Nirina, sorority is spoken out in the shape of greed, fatigue, but also learnings and the expectation of a better future. In this poetic works hybridity between elements of African and Indian identity can be appreciated, due to the influence of the subcontinent via its diaspora in the insular territories of the Indian Ocean. Thus nature, the apprehension of the world through the senses, education in the framework of the family, the relevance of the oneiric element or the allegory between the colonization of female bodies and (post)colonial spaces are vital to the comprehension of these poetic texts.
