86 DESENTRALISASI, PARTISIPASI ANGGARANDAN KINERJA MANAJERIAL Inda Gumilang Universitas Banten Jaya inda.gumilang2@gmail.com Abstrak Penelitian tentang desentralisasi dan partisipasi anggaran terhadap kinerja manajerial akhir- akhir ini merupakan bidang penelitian yang banyak diperdebatkan, sehingga menarik minat peneliti untuk melakukan penelitian lebih lanjut mengenai pengaruh tersebut. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah para manager industri manufaktur Perseroan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Alat analisis untuk menguji hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana. Penelitian menghasilkan Desentralisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Manajerial. artinya semakin tinggi desentralisasi motivasi manajer dengan unmet need akan aktualisasi diri. Partisipasi Anggaran berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Manajerial. Artinya dalam penyusunan anggaran terlibat sebagian pegawai mungkin diantaranya memiliki sifat yang kurang memperhatikan anggaran sehingga kurang kooperatif. Kata Kunci: Desentralisasi, Partisipasi Anggaran, Kinerja Manajerial Abstract Research on decentralization and budget participation on managerial performance lately is a field of research that many have debates, thus attracting the interest of researchers to conduct further studies of the influence. The population in this study is the manager of the Company's manufacturing industry with sampling purposive sampling techniques. The analysis tool to test the hypothesis using simple regression analysis.Research generates Decentralization positive and significant impact on Managerial Performance. meaning that the higher the decentralization of the motivation of the manager with the unmet need for self- actualization. Participation Budget negative and significant effect on Managerial Performance. This means that in the preparation of the budget involved some employees may of them have properties that are less concerned about the budget so that less cooperative.
