Apabila terjadi kejadian luar biasa pada peternak sapi perah dapat mempengaruhi kinerja koperasi persusua, seperti kejadian wabah penyakit kuku dan mulut (PMK). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kinerja produksi susu koperasi dan kinerja keuangan koperasi sebelum dan selama penyakit kuku dan mulut. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah statistika dasar untuk melihat kinerja produksi susu sedangkan analisis kinerja keuangan menggunakan Peraturan Deputi Bidang Pengawasan Kementerian Koperasi Dan Usaha Kecil Dan Menengah (KUKM) Republik Indonesia Nomor 06/Per/Dep.6/IV/2016 dan key performance index (KPI). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi penurunan produksi susu sebesar 27% selama wabah penyakit kuku dan mulut (PMK) yang diakibatkan oleh banyaknya kematian sapi perah produktif. Adapun kinerja keuangan KPS Bogor memiliki nilai KPI sebelum PMK sebesar 73,21 dan selama PMK sebesar 67,5 atau kedua nilai ini termasuk kategori Cukup. Walaupun demikian, terlihat terjadi penurunan nilai kinerja keuangan sebelum dan selama PMK. Kata kunci: produksi susu, kinerja keuangan, PMK, key performance index ABSTRACT Dairy cooperatives are a forum for dairy farmers to distribute their fresh milk production. If an extraordinary event occurs in dairy farmers, it can affect the performance of dairy cooperatives, such as an outbreak of foot and mouth disease (FMD). The aim of this study was to analyze the cooperative's milk production performance and the cooperative's financial performance before and during hoof and mouth disease. The analytical method used is basic statistics to see the performance of milk production, while the financial performance analysis uses the Regulation of the Deputy for Supervision of the Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises (KUKM) of the Republic of Indonesia Number 06/Per/Dep.6/IV/2016 and the key performance index (KPIs). The research results showed that there was a 27% decrease in milk production during the foot and mouth disease (FMD) outbreak which was caused by the large number of deaths of productive dairy cows. The financial performance of KPS Bogor has a KPIs value before PMK of 73.21 and during FMD of 67.50 or both of these values are in the Fair category. However, it was seen that there was a decline in the value of financial performance before and during the FMD. Key words: milk production, financial performance, FMD, key performance index PENDAHULUAN Usaha sapi perah telah menjadi matapencaharian pokok bagi sebagian masyarakat pertanian di Pulau Jawa, khusunya Jawa Barat. Eksistensi usaha sapi perah di Jawa Barat telah dimulai sejak jaman pemerintah kolonial. Usaha sapi perah terus mengalami perkembangan dari periode ke periode, yaitu periode keemasan (1980 – 1997), periode penurunan (1997 – 1999), dan periode stagnasi (1999 – 2010) (Firman et al., 2010). Bahkan, periode penurunan dapat kembali berlanjut ketika Indonesia dilanda pandemi Covid-19 (Tahun 2020 – 2022) dan kasus Penyakit Mulut dan
