The campaign period which should be used to convince voters through the Vision, Mission, Program or Self Image of General Election Participants, is often found Election Criminal Violations. Community Service Painan Serang High School of Law, this aims to find out Law Enforcement Against Violations of General Election Crimes during the campaign period that fulfills the Legal Certainty aspect and to find out the Crimes that were violated during the General Election campaign held. Community Service at Painan Serang High School of Law which is carried out by the type of Community Service which is Normative Juridical in nature with a Legislation approach and a Case Approach. This community service at the Paian Serang College of Law uses Secondary Data, which consists of Primary Legal Materials, Secondary Legal Materials and Tertiary Legal Materials. The results of community service at the Painan Serang High School of Law concluded that certainty of law enforcement against criminal acts of general election offenses is one of the objectives of creating order, security and tranquility in society and producing quality general elections based on the principle of direct elections. Public, Free, Confidential, Honest and Fair. When viewed from the aspect of the vulnerability of the stages, campaign stages that do not heed the applicable laws and regulations can make the candidates and the timses and members of the crowd who are present at the time the campaign is held act wildly. Until March 2019, the General Election Supervisory Board in Banten Province recorded the number of violations that occurred during the campaign stage, namely 11,122 (eleven thousand one hundred and twenty two) cases, consisting of 11,073 (eleven thousand seventy three thousand) campaign violation cases and 49 (four twenty-nine) campaign criminal violation cases..
