Abstract— The Centralized Recruitment and Employment
Tracking System (CRETS) Using AI streamlines recruitment in
educational institutions by automating tasks like job postings,
application tracking, eligibility filtering, and communication.
This reduces manual effort for placement officers and students,
enhancing efficiency.Students access job opportunities, track
applications, and view eligibility based on academic
performance. Faculty and TPOs manage profiles, job openings,
and events, ensuring efficient candidate matching. Recruiters
gain a refined database of candidates filtered by academic and
skill criteria, improving selection and communication. CRETS
enhances transparency and accessibility, providing a user-
friendly platform that supports successful job placements and
career growth tracking.

I. INTRODUCTION
In today’s job market, organizations are always on the

(CRETS) Using AI comes in! This system is designed to
make things smoother and more efficient, helping
