Preliminary pyrolysis of wood at 300-400 °С promotes the development of porous structure of PCM in the higher degree as compared to explosive autohydrolysis at 170-200 °С. At optimal conditions of pyrolysis and alkaline activation processes it is possible to obtain PCM with specific surface area about 3000 m 2 /g.
