ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the implementation of Islamic financial planning in micro-enterprises, with a case study of the HAZ Haircut barbershop owned by Azmi Rifai in Banjarmasin City. The research employed a qualitative method with a case study approach, and data were collected through a direct interview conducted on May 26, 2025. The results indicate that the business owner has applied several aspects of Islamic financial planning, although not yet comprehensively. In terms of investment, the entrepreneur has plans to invest in gold, but the plan has not yet been realized. In the area of savings, the business owner regularly sets aside a portion of business profits for emergency needs and business development. The insurance aspect has not yet been implemented, although there is an intention to do so in the future. In contrast, the business owner consistently fulfills the obligation of zakat by giving 2.5% of his wealth and practices daily charity (sadaqah). This study concludes that while not all aspects of Islamic financial planning are formally applied, there is strong spiritual and social awareness and commitment in managing the business finances Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan perencanaan keuangan syariah pada usaha mikro, dengan studi kasus pada usaha barbershop HAZ Haircut milik Azmi Rifai di Kota Banjarmasin.
