This study aims to describe the evaluation of the first 1,000 days program in preventing stunting in the working area of the Rias Health Center, South Bangka Regency in 2023. This study used a qualitative study design. This research was conducted at the Rias Community Health Center in February 2023. The research respondents consisted of a nutritionist, a midwife, and a head of the Rias Health Center, an environmental health worker, an immunization person, a posyandu staff, and a mother with a stunted toddler. The data analysis used is descriptive narrative. Data analysis was carried out by content analysis. The results showed that the human resources, sources of funds, equipment, infrastructure, SOPs and the target of the first 1,000 days program had been going well. The planning, organizing, implementing, and monitoring the first 1,000 days program has been going quite well, it's just that in giving vitamin A capsules there were several toddlers who were not present and in giving iron supplement, there were several pregnant women who did not consume enough iron supplements. The coverage of vitamin A supplementation has reached the target, but the coverage for iron supplementation, basic immunization coverage and access to proper drinking water has not yet reached the target. Keywords : Program, Stunting, The First 1000 Days of Life. Abstrak : Gerakan 1000 Hari Pertama Kehidupan (HPK) merupakan upaya pemerintah dalam memperbaiki status gizi anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui gambaran evaluasi program gerakan 1000 HPK dalam pencegahan stunting di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Rias Kabupaten Bangka Selatan tahun 2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Puskesmas Rias pada bulan Februari 2023. Responden penelitian terdiri dari 1 orang ahli gizi desa Puskesmas Rias, 1 orang bidan, 1 orang kepala puskesmas, 1 orang penanggung jawab kesehatan lingkungan, 1 orang imunisasi, 1 orang kader posyandu, dan 1 orang ibu yang mempunyai balita stunting. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif narasi. Analisa data dilakukan secara content analysis. Hasil penelitian didapatkan jumlah SDM, sumber dana, peralatan, sarana prasarana, SOP serta sasaran Gerakan 1000 HPK sudah berjalan baik.
