In the digital era, technology also plays an essential role in enhancing managerial efficiency. This study analyzes the relationships between transformational leadership, patient safety culture, employee satisfaction, and patient management effectiveness, with service digitalization as a moderating variable. Using a quantitative explanatory approach, data were collected from 207 employees of Dian Husada Hospital and analyzed through PLS-SEM. The findings reveal that employee satisfaction positively affects patient management effectiveness, while service digitalization has no significant moderating effect. Hospitals should prioritize employee satisfaction, balance patient safety culture, and optimize digitalization integration. Keywords Transformational Leadership, Patient Safety Culture, Employee Satisfaction, Patient Management Effectiveness, Service Digitalization Introduction Hospitals are crucial healthcare institutions, strategically positioned to improve public health through the provision of quality healthcare services. They fulfill a vital role in delivering comprehensive inpatient, outpatient, and emergency care (Irawan, Rostikarina and Rahmawati, 2024) and (Amran et al., 2022). To meet their objectives, hospitals must effectively manage human resources, technologies, and systems that underpin patient management processes. These processes, both administrative and clinical, ensure timely, accurate, and high- quality services to patients (Duvald et al., 2025). Among the factors influencing the efficiency and quality of these processes, transformational leadership has emerged as a pivotal element.
