This study investigates the impact of Employee Value Proposition (EVP) on the promotion of organizational sus- tainability efforts. Through the analysis of data from IT and ITES firms with high attrition rates, we investigate how a carefully designed EVP that high- lights individual growth, compensation, institutional values, and work cul- ture can attract and retain talent that is dedicated to the sustainability of the organization. The research was carried out in the Indian IT industry, specifi- cally among a sample of 372 employees. Convenience sampling was used to choose the participants. Structured questionnaires were used to collect data, which provided insights into employees’ impressions of EVP, work commit- ment, and psychological contract. The data were analysed using correlation analysis and stepwise regression to examine the correlations between EVP, work commitment, and psychological contract. The results of our research indicate that when an EVP is in line with sustainability objectives, it not only strengthens the emotional connection between employees and the firm but also contributes to the effective execution of sustainability projects. This research highlights the significance of integrating sustainability into the EVP to cultivate a competitive culture and attain long-term organizational sustainability.
