ABSTRACT
This article examines the critical role of Agile methodologies in navigating the challenges
posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, which forced a sudden shift to remote work. It
discusses how the inherent flexibility of Agile principles has allowed teams to maintain
productivity and adapt to new work dynamics. The article will explore the Agile
adaptation for remote settings, the challenges overcome, and the potential for future
work models.
