ABSTRACT
This chapter explores the academic journey of women entrepreneurs in India. The
study highlights the gender inequalities in their own business. The study emphasizes the
educational conditions of rural women entrepreneurs. Women have faced significant
challenges in gaining equal rights and opportunities. Various vocational training
programs have helped improve the status of women entrepreneurs and empower
businesswomen, addressing gender bias and stereotypes. The study uses content
