Inaportnet users are government agencies and port business entities as well as logistics industry players in Indonesia who use port services as well as agents who use Inapornet as a place to collect data on ship entry and exit. Inaportnet was developed in stages both in terms of range and type of service. In 2016, services started from Tanjung Priok with services including ship permit services, container issuing and receiving services, domestic manifest services and electronic payments.
