A study in Banten confirmed its effectiveness, despite persistent resource and administrative challenges. Therefore, it is necessary to implement evidence-based interventions, such as continuous professional development and facility improvements. This study used a quantitative approach based on positivism to analyze the influence of the work environment (X1) and job satisfaction (X2) on teacher performance (Y) at SMP Islam Terpadu Darussalam Pipitan. Using a quantitative descriptive method that collects data through questionnaires and analyzes it using inferential statistics to test hypotheses, it is hoped that it will provide an objective picture of the relationship between variables and recommendations for improving the quality of the work environment and teacher satisfaction. The results of the study indicate that: (1) The work environment at SMP IT Darussalam Pipitan is very good, with an average score of 4.47. (2) Teacher job satisfaction at SMP IT Darussalam Pipitan is very high, with a score of 4.45-4.58. (3) Teacher performance at SMP IT Darussalam Pipitan reaches an average of 4.40, reflecting professionalism. (4) The physical work environment at SMP IT Darussalam Pipitan is significantly related to performance, explaining 82.9% of the variation. (5) Wages at SMP IT Darussalam Pipitan have a positive effect on teacher job satisfaction, with transparency needed. (6) The work environment and job satisfaction significantly influence teacher performance at SMP IT Darussalam Pipitan, with an R Square of 0.523, indicating that 52.3% of the variation in performance can be explained by these two variables. To improve teacher performance at SMP IT Darussalam Pipitan, it is recommended to implement evidence-based interventions, such as ongoing professional development, facility improvements, and transparency in wage policies.
