Abstract This studies paper became geared toward assessing the Employee Engagement levels inside the IT industry in India, the factors that contribute to Employee Engagement and to advocate method and ways to improve Employee Engagement levels inside the industry being researched. The researcher got down to also discover the impact of demographic profile of personnel on engagement. Also assessed on this empirical studies changed into the impact of organizational inputs on Employee Engagement. A structured questionnaire became administered to employees of several IT companies in India. Research outcomes indicate that the demographic profile of personnel has an impact on personnel’ engagement. Organizational inputs and guide has an influence on engagement and that committed employees were more engaged.
