Pembelajaran daring dituntut adanya keterampilan variasi guru dalam mengajar agar tujuan pembelajaran bisa tercapai seperti pembelajaran tatap muka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan keterampilan dan faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat keterampilan mengadakan variasi dalam pembelajaran daring pada guru kelas V SDN 021 Sungai Kunjang. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada semester genap tahun pembelajaran 2020/2021. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah guru kelas V, dan kepala sekolah. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pengujian keabsahan data dilakukan dengan peningkatan ketekunan, triangulasi, dan menggunakan bahan referensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Guru kelas V SDN 021 Sungai Kunjang sudah cukup terampil dalam mengadakan variasi pembelajaran daring. Aktivitas pembelajaran menggunakan aplikasi whatsapp, classroom, zoom, dan that quiz. Metode pembelajaran dominan menggunakan metode penugasan berupa soal latihan, praktik, dan kuis; 2) Faktor pendukung yaitu adanya bantuan kuota internet gratis, tersedianya pelatihan IT dan webinar untuk guru. Sedangkan, faktor penghambat yaitu kurang optimalnya perhatian orang tua di rumah dalam membimbing anak saat proses pembelajaran daring, dan kendala pada jaringan internet. Kata Kunci: Keterampilan Variasi Pembelajaran Daring, Guru Sekolah Dasar Abstract The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic which requires the application of online learning. Online learning requires a variety of teacher skills in teaching so that learning objectives can be achieved such as face-to-face learning. This study aims to describe the skills and the supporting factors and inhibiting factors for the skills of conducting variations in online learning for 5 th grade teachers at SDN 021 Sungai Kunjang. This research method uses descriptive qualitative research. The research was conducted in the even semester of the 2020/2021 academic year. The data sources of this study were the 5 th grade teacher and the principal. Collecting data using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique uses data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing verification. Testing the validity of the data carried out by increasing persistence, triangulation, and using reference material. The results showed that: 1) The 5 th grade teacher at SDN 021 Sungai Kunjang was quite skilled in conducting variations of online learning. Learning activities use the whatsapp, classroom, zoom, and that quiz applications. The dominant learning method uses the assignment method in the form of exercise, practices, and quizzes; 2) Supporting factors are the availability of free internet quota assistance, the availability of IT training and webinars for teachers. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are the lack of optimal attention from parents at home in guiding their children during the online learning process, and constraints on the internet network.
