H. Koesnadi Bondowoso pada bulan Januari sampai dengan bulan Desember tahun 2022, yaitu rata- rata 6-20 ekor lalat pada kategori tinggi. Hasil tersebut berdampak dengan kesehatan lingkungan sekitar, salah satunya yaitu instalasi gizi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas ekstrak daun Mimba ( Azadirachta Indica Juss) dengan variasi konsentrasi 20%, 25%, dan 30% terhadap kematian lalat rumah (Musca Domestica) di lingkungan Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah dr. H. Koesnadi Bondowoso. Metode Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan eksperimen murni (true experiment) dengan rancangan Posttest Only Control Group Design. Hasil pada kelompok kontrol dengan sampel lalat yang tidak diberi perlakuan ekstrak daun Mimba lalat yang mati 0 ekor lalat dengan persentase kematian 0%, pada kelompok dosis 20 % rata-rata jumlah lalat yang mati yaitu 3 ekor dengan persentase kematian 50 %, dan dosis 25 % rata-rata jumlah lalat yang mati yaitu 4 ekor dengan persentase kematian 66,7 %, dan pada dosis 30 % rata-rata jumlah lalat yang mati yaitu 5 ekor dengan persentase kematian 83,3 %. Hal ini dikarenakan semakin tinggi konsentrasi yang digunakan maka jumlah racun yang memasuki tubuh hama semakin banyak. Kompleksisitas dari struktur molekuler Azadirachtin yang dapat menghalangi terjadinya sintesis secara struktural telah membentuk dasar penggunaan daun Mimba sebagai pestisida. Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan adanya perbedaan antar perlakuan dengan nilai signifikan 0,001<0,005. Ekstrak daun Mimba efektif digunakan sebagai insektida nabati terhadap kematian lalat rumah. Koesnadi Bondowoso Regional General Hospital from January to December 2022, which is an average of 6-20 flies in the high category. These results have an impact on the health of the surrounding environment, one of which is the nutrition installation. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of Neem leaf extract ( Azadirachta Indica Juss) with variations in concentration of 20%, 25%, and 30% against the death of house flies (Musca Domestica) in the Regional General Hospital dr. H. Koesnadi Bondowoso. The research method uses a pure experimental approach (true experiment) with a Posttest Only Control Group Design design. Results in the control group with samples of flies that were not treated with neem leaf extract of neem flies that died 0 flies with a percentage of death of 0%, in the dose group of 20% the average number of flies that died was 3 heads with a percentage of death of 50%, and a dose of 25% the average number of flies that died was 4 heads with a percentage of death of 66.7%, and at a dose of 30% the average number of flies that died was 5 heads with a percentage of death of 83.3%. This is because the higher the concentration used, the amount of poison that enters the pest's body is increasing. The complexity of Azadirachtin's molecular structure that can block its structural synthesis has formed the basis for the use of neem leaves as pesticides. Data analysis using one way anova with ɑ = 0.05 was carried out further tests using post hoc tests. The results of statistical tests showed a difference between treatments with a significant value of 0.001<0.005. Neem leaf extract is effectively used as a vegetable insectide against the death of house flies. Keywords : Effectiveness, Neem leaf extract, House flies
