Abstract-- With the connectivity today, the knowledge of
English is mostly considered a prime prerequisite for most
opportunities, be it education or professional. The proposed
system uses the power of advanced natural language processing
in order to facilitate communication despite linguistic
differences as well as in learning personal and responsive. To
mold content into the linguistic sensibilities of the mother tongue
of the user, machine translation, sentiment analysis, and
contextual awareness are enabled. The system tries to come up
with more effective English language learning resources for
diverse linguistic communities with the help of high-
performance models. That is how the multilingual corpus is
curated to represent the diversity of low-resource languages;
thus, the learning materials will be relevant and accurate.
Language-specific embeddings enable the system to identify and
preserve the grammatical structures and expressions unique to
each language, thereby making it a smoother transition to
English. This adaptive strategy keeps the users motivated and
involved in the entire process of learning a new language.
Simplicity and accessibility have been designed within this
system. Users with different levels of technological literacy can
easily use it. The following metrics- improvement in language
proficiency, user satisfaction, and engagement levels-will be
deployed to appraise this system's effectiveness. Cross-Lingual
NLP System One of its major strengths is language
understanding at 96.6% accuracy.

I. INTRODUCTION
Emergence as a global lingua franca has been complex
and diverse in nature. It occurred during the peak years of
British colonization, from the 17th to the 19th century, when
their colonial presence was extended across a massive
geography. During its lengthy passage, the language extended
its mighty dominance over all other languages and
systematically achieved wide usage as an official as well as
administrative tongue in administrative structures and
governing bodies and shaped the landscape of the language
there within their colonies and dominions [1]. The Industrial
Revolution of the 18th and 19th centuries pushed English into
the foreground of world trade and communication, at least
among nations that claim English as its mother language,
such as Britain and the United States. Colonial legacy places
English on the pedestal of legal, educational, and
administrative orders in the legacy of the colonizers, making
it a language of power and prestige [2]. The 20th century saw
two World Wars which propelled English into diplomatic and
military tongues. It then followed technological
breakthroughs that catapulted the language to a global level.
Scientific discoveries, technology, and innovation made
English the word, and international organizations quickly
adjusted it as the first language of communication [3]. After
the war, English was well on its way to being the linguistic
superpower as very global universities began teaching
through English. This development further underlined the
demand of proficiency in the English language, aimed for
those aspiring to make use of global knowledge networks and
higher educational and research opportunities. English spread
widely beyond formal institutions to popular culture, media,
and entertainment. Hollywood reach played a key role in
making Hollywood movies popular, thereby making the
language an overall medium for communication across the
globe [4] [5]. With the dawn of the 21st century, success in
profession and upward mobility also depends on the use of
the English language, as multinational corporations adopted
this as the de facto business language in this era of
globalization [6]. The history of English as global lingua
franca actually has a rather complex narrative, influenced by
the colonial legacy, economic transformation, technological
advancement, and cultural influence [7]. Understanding this
trajectory of history would also provide us with an insight
into why contemporary English is important and why low-
resource language speakers are going to find it hard to get
about in the future in this linguistic landscape for educational
and professional advancement in our increasingly connected
world [8].
A description of the problem brings out a vital discussion
of the several barriers a person with fewer language facilities
faces as they attempt to acquire fluency in the English
language. A crucial concern is that there exist considerable
linguistic differences, primarily regarding grammatical
