To get more valuable, the development is necessary. FTEIA Analysis is propose to bridge the development. As a developed analysis, FTEIA Analysis is more applicable and more focused. Keywords: SWOT, analysis, problem solving Introduction In this life, human was given a sense and heart. These encourages them to get more valuable thing. Many problems appear in the daily activity. Human need a way to solve the problem. One of the ways is SWOT Analysis (Puyt, Lie, & Wilderom, 2023). SWOT analysis contains aspect of strength, weakness, opportunity and threat (Phadermrod, Crowder, & Wills, 2019; Salar & Salar, 2014). However, the SWOT analysis did not enough to explain the relation of strength-weakness and opportunity-threat. So, this analysis needs to be developed. As a new idea, this perspective proposes a developed analysis, namely: FTEIA Analysis. The analysis can complete a view of understanding process for solving problems. FTEIA Analysis FTEIA Analysis is a developed analysis of SWOT Analysis. The analysis uses a thinking from daily environmental sources. The detailed FTEIA Analysis is explained as follows: 1. Fact This first step contains an initial thinking, namely: strength and weakness. 2. Trigger This second step reveals the cause of the “Fact” step. The causes contain all possible thinking around the fact. This include the factor of social, individual, and environmental conditions. 3. Effect This third step reveals the results of the “Fact” step. The results also contain all possible thinking around the fact. This was evaluated on factor which relates to goals. 4. Impact This fourth step reveals the results of the “Effect” step. The results have to represent the symptoms related the “Effect” step. This can be observed to all aspects. 5. Approximation The final step contains an important practice, namely: opportunity and threat. Representation of FTEIA Analysis can be seen in Figure 1.
