Pencegahan sekunder adalah melakukan skrining kanker payudara. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat metode skrining kanker payudara yang efektif untuk dilakukan. Metode penelitian menggunakan penelusuran Literature review dengan mencari jurnal database (Google Scholar dan PubMed) antara tahun 2019 sampai 2021 pencarian dan proses seleksi literatur dalam penelitian menggunakan diagram PRISMA. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa dalam melakukan skrining kanker payudara langkah awal yang efektif adalah SADARI dan SADANIS karena lebih murah. Metode Mammografi dianggap efektif karena memiliki tingkat akurasi yang tinggi tetapi harganya cukup mahal. Kata kunci: Kanker Payudara, Literatur Review BREAST CANCER SCREENING LITERATUR REVIEW Abstract Breast cancer is a disease in the form of a malignant tumor that attacks the breast tissue. Secondary prevention is breast cancer screening. The purpose of this study was to see an effective method of breast cancer screening to do. The research method uses a Literature review search by searching for database journals (Google Scholar and PubMed) between 2019 and 2021. The search and literature selection process in research uses the PRISMA diagram. The results of the study stated that in carrying out breast cancer screening the effective initial steps were BSE and SADANIS because they were cheaper. Mammography method is considered effective because it has a high level of accuracy but the price is quite expensive. Keywords: Breast Cancer, Literatur Review
