Mahalakshmi Assistant Professor, Department of Commerce, SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Faculty of Science and Humanities, Ramapuram Abstract Global disruptions such as the COVID-19 pandemic have exposed vulnerabilities in global supply chains and tested organizational resilience worldwide. This study examines how firms have reconfigured their supply chain networks and developed resilience capabilities in response to post-COVID challenges. Using the resource-based view (RBV) and dynamic capabilities theory, this research investigates the relationships between digital transformation, supply chain agility, collaboration, and organizational resilience. The study employs a Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) approach to analyze survey data from 312 firms across manufacturing, logistics, and retail sectors. Results reveal that digitalization and strategic collaboration significantly enhance resilience through agile reconfiguration of supply chains. Findings contribute to post-crisis management theory and offer practical insights for firms seeking to balance global efficiency with local adaptability. Introduction The COVID-19 pandemic was not only a health crisis but also a profound disruption to global economic systems, particularly supply chains. Organizations faced shortages of raw materials, logistics interruptions, and unpredictable demand patterns. These challenges have emphasized the need for organizational resilience — the ability to anticipate, absorb, and adapt to shocks while maintaining critical operations. Pre-COVID supply chains were largely optimized for cost efficiency and globalization. However, post- pandemic, firms recognized that resilience and flexibility are equally critical. The crisis forced many organizations to reconfigure supply chains, reshaping sourcing strategies, supplier diversification, and digitalization processes. This study aims to explore how such reconfigurations contribute to organizational resilience and what post-COVID lessons can inform future global supply chain strategies .
