Tema: La generación de desarrollo a partir del patrimonio IV CONGRESO INTERNACIONAL PATRIMONIO CULTURAL Y COOPERACIÓN AL DESARROLLO 27 Resumen: La comunicación presentará el modelo de cooperación científica en patrimonio cultural (en adelante PC) que representa el proyecto de imple- mentación del Laboratorio de Arqueología del Paisaje y Patrimonio del Uru- guay (LAPPU-FHCE) financiado por el programa PCI de la AECID. Este nuevo laboratorio es el resultado de la transformación de una larga colaboración entre equipos de España y Uruguay originada en el ámbito de la arqueología del paisaje, en proyectos de base comunitaria orientados a la gestión integral del patrimonio y la transferencia de conocimiento. El LAPPU es una unidad de trabajo dedicada a la gestión integral del PC y al desarrollo de acciones que promueven su incorporación en políticas públicas nacionales y regiona- les (ordenación territorial, manejo de áreas protegidas y desarrollo local). Abstract: The communication will present the scientific cooperation model in the Cultural Heritage (PC) that the project of implementation from the Ar- chitectural Landscape and Heritage Laboratory of Uruguay (LAPPU-FHCE) represents, funded by the PCI program of the AECID. This new laboratory is the result of the transformation of a long collaboration between the teams in Spain and Uruguay with its beginnings in the area of Landscape Architecture, in community based projects orientated towards the comprehensive heritage management and the transference of knowledge. The LAPPU is a work unit dedicated to the comprehensive management of cultural heritage and the development of activities that promote its inclusion to national and regional public policy (Urban planning, management of protected areas and local de- velopment).
