It is marked by many colleges and established, such as state universities and private colleges. And the biggest universities in Makassar is Hasanuddin University. Perhubungngan Agency has provided public transportation facilities that serve microlet students to travel to campus for easier Hasanuddin University lecture activity. Public transport routes existing campus today did not reach all areas of the city of Makassar. The purpose of this research is to Map the existing routes of public transport Makassar-based Hasanuddin University campus Quantum GIS Open Source and analyze the existing public transport demand Hasanuddin University campus with the buffer method. Mapping and analysis of the results it can be concluded that there are four existing routes of public transport Hasanuddin University Campus, which is the route BI, CI routes, routes and route F1 R. Public transportation service campus Unhas not reach all areas of districts in the city of Makassar based mapping with Buffer method, namely Edge Land District, Sub-district and District Manggala Biringkanayya. Accessibility of public transport passengers easiest Unhas campus by the service area is the District Bontoala (100%), District Ujng Perspective (100%) and the District of Makassar (100%), and Sub Wajo (93%). Pendahuluan Kota Makassar merupakan kota Pendidikan yang terbesar di Indonesia bagian Timur. Hal tersebut ditandai dengan banyaknya Perguruan tinggi dan akademi didirikan, seperti perguruan tinggi negeri maupun Perguruan tinggi swasta. Dan perguruan tinggi terbesar di Kota Makassar Adalah Universitas Hasanuddin.
