1 The Favorites Woman Leader that Expressed: A Qualitative Case Study in Islamic Micro Finance Institute 1 Trias Setiawati 2 and Dewi Purnama Sari 3 The Title of this research was The Favorites Woman Leader that Expressed: Qualitative Case Study in Islamic Micro Finance Institute or Baitul Maal Wattamwil (BMT): BMT Bina Dhuafa Beringharjo Yogyakarta and BMT KARISMA Magelang - Central Java. The This study aimed to determine the obstacles and challenges of the woman leadership in their career development as a director, qualitative case study in BMT (Islamic Finance Institution) Dhuafa Beringharjo Yogyakarta director and director of BMT KARISMA Magelang. Information obtained from the results of this study can be used as input materials for leaders and BMT Bina Dhuafa Beringharjo Yogyakarta and KARISMA BMT Magelang. Data in this study used the data that was schematic, narrative, and description. That was also an explanation of data from informants either verbal or had been written. The method that used in this study was depth interviews, direct observation or observation and study or studies the documentation. To determine the confidence of the data validity and the data credibility in the qualitative research of data results, this research conducted triangulation and member checking. From the results of research conducted could be concluded as following: (1) by the nature of the mother they tended to make Ibu Rambe and Ibu Ririn establishing a good relationship with their employees. (2) The nature of the pet that had been pointed by Ibu Rambe and Ibu Ririn were to provide exemplary provided a role model for employees and were always encouraging employees to perform better. (3) The nature of the sex object of Ibu Rambe and Ibu Ririn indicated their ability to motivate their employees. (4) Women leaders as the iron maiden and Ibu Rambe and Ibu Ririn were able to being assertive. (5) In the second career leader this woman are Mrs. Rambe and Mrs. Ririn, they had not marginalization experience in their lives, either in family life or in the course of their careers. (6) Both subjects did not have violence experience in their lives, either physically, psychologically and mentally. (7) Both Ibu Rambe and Ibu Ririn equally had experience a double burden of home life.
