We consider ground for quantum windows and theorem windows idea (3). We suggest to enter between mind and matter third agent that is responsible for interconnection between these two – quantum windows and theorem windows. Both notions denote the same. But. From physics side we speak about quantum windows, but from mind side – about theorem windows. Most essential quantum windows mechanics that would be easier to develop we suggest to be human vision. Thus, human vision would become two sided objectivity: from mind side as projective spaces, and, from physics side, as SRT. Gluing both together we get new observer level – quantum windows observer, that is not accesible by homo sapiens via cognitive activity, but homo sapiens is as if built in there. We may speak of all being built from these theorem windows which are thus mind functionality and material objectivity in the same time. These new observers that are built from theorem windows form hierarchical structure, and thus we may speak about higher level observer hierarchy.
