This paper reveals the importance of technical education in southern part of India and the functioning of engineering colleges by providing education, facilities and all other parameters concerned with the development of knowledge, talent and leadership qualities in each individual as an engineering student. Engineering Colleges are one of the most important institutionalized sectors that are in the modern service sectors. Like all over India and the world, southern part of India is also facing stiff competition and is forced to develop new promotional strategies to cater the needs of the customers.
