Volume One, Number One La ontología filosófica implícita en el pensamiento de Alain Badiou Roque Farrán Abstract: In this article the aim is to show that there is a philosophical ontology implicit in Alain Badiou‟s thought that exceeds his own formulations about mathematical ontology, the key to which lies in the notion of compossibility. This ontology reflects what gladly is referred to here as “nodal discursive materialism", which prevents any attempt to suture the philosophical praxis to one of its own conditions. To demonstrate this the author will use the Lacanian Borromean knot and differentiate our own reading from the other two that border the risk of suture. Resumen: En el presente artículo intentaremos mostrar que existe una ontología filosófica implícita en el pensamiento de Alain Badiou, que excede sus propias formulaciones respecto a la ontología matemática, cuya clave de lectura reside en la noción de composibilidad. Dicha ontología responde a lo que con gusto llamaremos un materialismo nodal discursivo, que impide cualquier intento de sutura de la praxis filosófica a una sola de sus condiciones. Para mostrarlo acudiremos al nudo borromeo lacaniano y diferenciaremos así nuestra propia lectura de otras dos que, si bien nos son próximas, bordean el peligro de sutura.
