Serán revisados acontecimientos de todo tipo, especialmente aquellos que tuvieron que ver con el gobierno municipal en su momento. Este escrito también tiene la intención de reflexionar específicamente acerca de problemáticas de la ciudad, especialmente algunas administraciones que rigieron en los años que serán trabajados y sus implicaciones en el entorno social. Facts of all kind will be checked, especially those that were connected with the municipal at them time. This writing also has the intention of thinking specifically about city problems, especially some administrations that governed in the years that will be worked and those social implications.
