Answer: Organizational behavior (OB) "is the study of human behavior in the workplace, the interaction between people and the organization, and the organization itself." The goals of OB are to explain, predict, and control behavior. Management functions: There are 5 management functions which were written down by a French Industrialist, Henry Fayol: 1. Planning: 1.1.
