ABSTRACT The aim of the current study were to screen five plants Ocimum sanctum, Azardirachta indica, Annona squamosa,Tribulus terrestris and Eucalyptus globules for activity against Neisseria gonorrhoeae by disc diffusion method, extracts of these Five plants were screened for activity against N.gonorrhoeae. In our study, Aqueous extract of the leaves of Eucalyptus globules showed a very high percentage of inhibition. Key words: Disc diffusion method, N.gonorrhoeae, Extract INTRODUCTION Gonorrhea is one of the common sexually transmitted diseases in developing countries and a global health problem. It has far-reaching social and economic consequences. Control of gonococcal infection is a difficult and complex issue.
