The courses are a mix of instruction, group exercises, case studies, problem-solving activities  fairness of examinations  Graduation certification. Students: Clearly specified values and aims; clearly specified guidelines; adherence to course objectives. At last is graduation certification; Relevance of curriculum to the future jobs of students; gain knowledge; gain communication skills and team working; Responsiveness: UTCC/students: Register for students who can’t register in time; offer the document to immigration for foreign students every year before graduation; willingness to help students about learning problems, such as, change the study time table for students who’s study time is conflict. Lecturer comes to teach on time. Tangibles: UTCC /students : Sufficient and modern equipment/facilities; ease of access; free ipad/ notebook; computer fix center; good equipment library; first aid, food fair ; BKK bank; Post office; fitness room…. Students: except what I referred above, students also want something more to support services. Such as, they want UTCC offer accommodation to them, not rent outside. Also, they wish there is a a big sport ground for them doing any
