In total, 16 protein bands were observed with molecular weight ranging from 20 kDa to more than 66 kDa. Among total protein bands, 12 (75%) were polymorphic which resolved taxonomic variation. The data was analyzed statistically using Unweighted Pair Group Method with Arithmetic Mean (UPGMA). A dendrogram was formed and on the basis of banding pattern, the data was clustered into 4 regions. All the regions exhibited polymorphism for one or the other protein band.
